"Understand the problem first. The law will follow..."

The Post Graduate Insolvency Programme is designed to build deep institutional and professional capacity in insolvency law and practice.

At a time when economic governance is increasingly shaped by complex financial distress and regulatory design, this programme emphasizes rigorous doctrinal grounding, applied problem-solving, and systemic thinking. I look forward to welcoming participants who seek to shape the future of India’s insolvency ecosystem with intellectual rigor and practical competence.
